Book your group with us and Cruise Free!
Typically, on a 7 night cruise, if you travel with 8 other couples, you will cruise for FREE. If you add 8 more couples, your traveling companion will also cruise for FREE (You pay only port charges and optional insurance)! On some cruises over 7 nights, you can travel FREE with only 5 other couples.
Below are several questions and answers regarding our Cruise For Free Program…
What is a Tour Conductor? The Tour Conductor is the person or persons escorting the group onboard the cruise. To compensate you for bringing this group together, we will award you the FREE Tour Conductor Cabin ( 1 person free for 8 cabins, 2 persons free for 16 cabins).
How many people can I put in my free cabin? The FREE Tour Conductor cabin is for two passengers. Additional passengers sailing in your cabin pay the normal reduced rate for the third and/or fourth person in the cabin.
Who pays the port taxes? You pay the applicable port taxes and government fees.
Where is the free Tour Conductor cabin located? The free cabin is determined by the category type and the quantity you sold. For instance, if you sell 17 ocean view cabins, then your free Tour Conductor cabin will be ocean view or better. In addition, we list you as a "VIP".
Do I need any special training? No. We're not making you a travel agent. We are simply providing you with a free cabin. It's simple! You just find people who need a vacation and are looking for a great value – either a tour package or a cruise vacation. Have them join you on your selected ship and sailing date. We'll do all the rest - from flyers to invoicing.
What will Kirkwood Travel provide to help me? Cruise Line Brochures, Tour Package Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Registration Forms, All Invoicing & Paperwork, Processing Payments, Answering All Customer Questions and Cost of All Postage. We do it all. You just bring us the passengers.
